Each post here will aim to explain some of the apparent complexities of Tai Chi, avoiding frequently quoted (and sometimes confusing) traditional Chinese expressions. Instead, some explanation will occasionally be technical in terms of physiology, but hopefully it will make some concepts easier to grasp.
(NOTE: Whilst these articles discuss Tai Chi principles in general, references to specific activities and exercises are those practised in our classes. Similar ones in other Tai Chi styles and forms can appear different.)
